Stow student reportedly charged after being accused of creating a 'hit list'

A student at Stow High School was charged with disorderly conduct and menacing after allegedly creating a hit list, according to the Stow Sentry.

Superintendent Russ Jones told the Sentry that the student did not have a tangible list. The student made a statement about having a hit list and was disciplined for the comment.

Police Chief Louis Dirker added that the intent behind the comment was not serious.
