Arrests
A 17-year-old boy was charged Nov. 14 with arson. He is accused of setting paper towels on fire and putting them on the floor of a skating rink restroom in the 2900 block of Graham Road.
Sexual assaults
A 75-year-old woman reported Nov. 16 that the day before, a man grabbed her buttock. She told police the man laughed at her and fled when she said she was going to "knock him on his rear."
Police are investigating a Nov. 12 report of the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl by a 17-year-old boy.
