STOW: James Costello was reappointed the position of President of Council after a unanimous vote during City Council’s organizational meeting Wednesday night.
"It is an honor to lead all of us again in 2013," Costello said.
Council also reappointed John Pribonic as vice president of council and Mary Bednar as president pro-tem with a unanimous vote.
A public hearing is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Monday at City Hall.
